Best place to live

We really enjoy living at Le Montreaux, it is a great place to live. Therefore the best part is the wonderfull staff. Today they invited us to a great Halloween party with lots of pizza, cupcakes, sodas, and candy. Thank you Vanessa, Angela and Luz for your amazing job, you are always awesome!! ??

Installation of Ceiling fan

Reggie installed a beautiful ceiling fan yesterday. It looks great and I appreciate the timely installation. Reggie also cleaned up the area before he left and I could not see any mess.

Maintenance

My family and I have lived at Le Montreaux for over 8 years now and we only have good things to say. The apartments are older and the beauty in that is the size. The rooms are gigantic. The maintenance personnel are knowledgeable, helpful and kind all around. Office personnel are real nice and best of all consistent and great at following up and following through. Ammenities are good and location is great! Amazing schools and great neighborhood. Highly recommend.

No better place to live!

Everything about this apartment complex is amazing! Very friendly neighbors and staff. They are always willing and quick to help you fix whatever you need. Very calm and safe place if you have kids and want to feel comfortable letting them play outside alone.

Great place to live

I've lived hear about 5 months and have been very happy. from the office staff to the maintenance staff every has been very gracious and kind. Angela went above and beyond to help me out when I first moved here and was cramming to try and find a place to live.
