The following are the holding amounts for each individual unit:

1 Bedroom apartment: $125 deposit, $125 Admin Fee Non-Refundable
2 Bedroom apartment: $175 deposit, $175 Admin Fee Non-Refundable
3 Bedroom apartment: $225 deposit, $225 Admin Fee Non-Refundable
4 Bedroom apartment: $275 deposit, $275 Admin Fee Non-Refundable

The individual application fee for persons over 18 years of age is $45.00. If applying with a roommate(s) a separate application and a $45.00 application fee is required. Joint applicants may complete one application provided all information given concerns both applicants. The fee for a joint application is $65.00. By filling out this application, the fees charged are non-refundable. Before an application will be processed, application fees as well as holding fees must be paid in advance.

If the applicant is approved, you and any co-applicants may not withdraw your application or application deposit. We will be entitled to retain all application deposits as liquidated damages, and the parties will then have no further obligation to each other.

If the applicant chooses to move in, the apartment holding fee as stated above will be applied towards a damage deposit, which will be returned (less lawful deductions) at the end of the lease term.

At the time of lease signing, the pet deposit, and the 50% non-refundable Admin fee is due for each pet, up to two (2) pets (weight limit is 35 lbs). The pet deposit will be returned (less lawful deductions) at the end of the lease term.
